My daughter fell this morning and as a result had two cuts in her mouth. We were impressed with the service received by the hospital and want to thank especially Sister Janice Francois for following reasons:
- the personal care for my daughter, who isn't very good with handling pain and was shocked by the fall. Janice approach made her calm and she even got her sense of humour back by the time we left.
-she made a swift referral to Worcestershire and made sure we didn't have to wait there.
My daughter is now on feeling much better and is treasuring her new teddy friend, received from Janice. I hope she will not need the hospital services in the future, but know that if she does she will feel more confident and less scared because of the service received today.
