"Wonderful care and super service from the ambulance crew in Somerset"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I came off my bike on a cycle path between Chard and Illminster in August. It was not only difficult to find but hard to get to were I was along the cycle path. The first ambulance crew treated me for my injuries while getting a land rover ambulance to be nearer to the point where I was. Their care, support and treatment was first class under difficult circumstances and I could not have asked for better!

So all I can say is a big thank you to the three ambulance crew Nick, Ann-Marie, and Neil for all they did for me, Please pass on my thanks.

Hello Mrs Down

Thank you for sharing your story - I hope you are feeling better after your fall.

It is always so rewarding to hear stories of our staff providing excellent care to patients when they need it most.

We will be able to share your kind words with Nick, Ann-Marie and Neil but in order to do this we will need a little more information. May I ask you to contact me at your convenience on either 01392 261 552 or sara.coburn@swast.nhs.uk please?

Thank you, again, for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

Sara
