"Radiology rude abrupt staff"

Visited today for the first time the receptionist didnt even look up at me as I handed my appointment letter to her. She then asked how old my son was I said 12 she very loudly lectured me in front of waiting patients that they cannot supervise him. I had to cancel my appointment and re book! I said he could wait in the car as his Dad was there she then said about if she thought he was alone social derives would be involved and quoted child protection laws!! I have never been do embarrassed In all my life! Another patient said this was disgusting treatment! She then spent ages typing god knows what on her computer and slammed down another appointment on the desk. She clearly didn't listen to me when I says his Dad was in the car. I got outside and cried I don't want to go back there but I've wIted ages for this appointment How very rude!

Dear Anonymous I was very sorry to read that a member of our staff caused you such distress and embarrassment.
