i was referred to the hospital by my doctor as she could see i had severe abdominal pain, i was left on a ward which wasnt too bad i suppose as the staffwhere quite busy i wasnt told that i wasnt allowed anything to eat and that i would be having a scan that afternoon and when a doctor came around and saw me he basically told me i had constipation, i have never had constipation in my life as i am quite regular! but i was then left until about 9 at night again with noting to eat until with me struggling to walk becasue of the pain i was told to try the canteen for something to eat, so off i struggled to both canteens and little shope to find that they are all closed, luckily the nice doctor i saw at the beginiing of my visit went to the staff kitchen and got me sandwich.the next morning again i was left with no breakfastor lunch and after my scan i was told that i have a severe water infection but without the classic symptoms and then sent on my way home without any medication i had to go back 2 days later for the medication whilst still struggling to walk and collect the meds that i should of left with in the first place. i felt as though i wasnt listened to by the consultant on duty as he didnt listen when i told him i have never been constipated in my life, couldnt fault any other members of staff as they were really nice luckily my own doctor was on hand to help with my aftercare !
"wasnt happy"
