"Agressive Doctor A@E Dept."

I visited the A&E with my wife today, my wife has been suffering throat and Ear pain, we waited for nearly 2 hours, then a Doctor came out and called my wife surname not full name other doctors call patients by full name and CLEARLY! The doctor called by surname but hardly can hear and so i went up and confirmed the name. The doctor replied its you i called, my wife surname. I said its my wife, the doctor then said ok tell her to come in in a very agrresive way. We then went in the room and the doctor asked the problem then just looked at my wife mouth and said dont come back here again go to your GP. The doctor was very aggressive, I have never seen a doctor like this. We were given some tablets and said go to your GP. I explained to him everything, I said we've been to the GP many times and we have been referred to hospital but its next month we eaited 3 months for the appointment but my wifes pain is very very bad throat and ear pain she cant swallow anything. The doctor did not advise or say anything else.
