"Highly commended"

I have been left with nothing but praise for my treatment at A & E. I'm told it only took the ambulance 4 minutes to arrive. Yes, it was the town centre but nevertheless that's fast! All the staff involved in my care, from the ambulance staff through to the doctor, were kind and considerate, as well as efficient - I was even offered a drink of tea in a proper cup! It was only after a very thorough examination, heart trace and 'bloods' that my 'turn' was diagnosed as unexplained (though in their defence I suffer from low blood pressure). Throughout the whole procedure I was kept informed and felt in very safe hands. I was able to witness a team working in harmony, which I'm sure added to the sense of purposefulness and some humour with which they carried out their duties and that includes the young man who emptied the bins. My sincerest thanks to each and every one of you.
