"WARD 36"

I would like to leave a message for the manager of ward 36, I have had to visit Kings Mill quite a few times in the the last few years, wards 21 & 31 being my usual ward, but this time i was taken to ward 36, and i think it only right the i pass on to you, that this ward is 2nd to none, every one of your staff was faultless, always polite, always a smile on their face, and nothing was too much trouble,. The ward was spotless, and the food was very nice, I would like to take this opportunity to mention one nurse, who to me stood out above the rest. I hope this text reaches the manager of ward 36.
