"Conflicting reports following recent visit to A&E"

About: Birmingham and the Black Country New Cross Hospital New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Taken by ambulance to A&E at New Cross Hospital following a car accident. However despite excellent care within the hospital I have been extremely disturbed by follow up with my GP. I was told one thing at the hospital and the report back to GP says something totally different. I now feel totally disillusioned as well as being in pain. The system has failed somewhere.

Update posted by Cagi (the patient)

What would I be required to do to get this matter looked into? The behaviour and attitude of the GP was dreadful and I honestly don't know where to turn now.
