My mum was brought to St George's A&E and then Richmond ward, Gunning and Vernon where she passed away. All the staff that we met were kind, sensitive and professional. The interaction with the patients was respectful and personal and with a lovely sense of humour where appropriate. A great testament to the hospital and to the NHS. My family would like to thank you all.
