"Rotator cuff surgery"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I had my operation on July 21st and stayed in one night. The staff could not have been nicer and more caring, from the ward staff to the staff in the operating theatre. The doctor explained everything beforehand and saw me the following day. I had great confidence that all would be well and three weeks later, with physiotherapy, I have made an excellent recovery. I am very grateful to all the staff for their care.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are extremely grateful that you have taken the time to provide this feedback. Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Orthopaedics Department. If we can be of further assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on freephone 0800 432 0251, email wih-tr.pals@nhs.net or in writing to PALS, Arrowe Park Hospital, Arrowe Park Road, Upton, Wirral, CH49 5PE.
