I recently attended the Urology Department at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield and wanted to write to thank everyone involved, from Reception staff to nurses and doctors for the considerate, sympathetic approach that I received throughout the whole experience.

The staff were uniformly punctual, polite and professional. They explained everything clearly, sought to allay any concerns I might have and gave very good advice.

The department is located in the new Treatment Centre which is excellent, well suited to its purpose and encourages an approach that just wants to see patients treated well.
