"My 87 year old mum"

My 87 year old mother Edna was looked after on Elsdon Ward and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the care and dignity given to her whilst she was there. The staff were very kind and always found a minute to talk to you if you had any questions, a much better all round level of care than at Queens in Romford. I would like to thank the consultant for doing what he could for my mum and all of the staff for their treatment and consideration of my mum who is now home and doing well. Thank you all.
