(as the patient),

Tracey Nigel and Emily paramedics from south western ambulance service attended my home within ten minutes of my 999 call after suffering severe chest / rib pain. They were all brilliant, professional and reassuring and took me to derriford hospital, I highly recommend them, please be aware the response time was wonderful as I live in a rural area and in the past emergency services have took 90 minutes to arrive here, thanks again
