About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Respiratory medicine Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Community COPD service

(as the patient),

I have been to the COPD clinic on and off for about a year – its top notch, I've been really well looked after.

Sometimes when you talk to doctors you feel that they are not listening but here they really listened and took in everything I was saying.

Both the Early Discharge team at the District Hospital and the staff at the Health Centre have been great, I cannot praise them enough. I have had a rough time this year but they have really looked after me. I get panicky but they show me how I can do this differently so I cope better and calm me down.

I'm really grateful for everything they do, a big thank you to them all!
