Called gave details and story to initial person, someone else called me back and I had to tell the story again. Their advice was useless and included 'taking a shower'. eventually spoke to a doctor, and told my story AGAIN. the Dr, explained the likely situation. All this resulted in NO HELP WHATS SO EVER, and I ended up speaking to my doctor the following day, who told me to call 999
