"Use of 111 while away for the weekend"

Had tooth infection. called 111, no helpful advice, waited to get to speak to Dr. surgery after the initial contact. they then told me that they couldn't help as it was a dental issue, so I needed to speak to a dentist. Back to square one. went to Boots who wouldn't dispense antibiotics. in the end I got my dentist to fax a private prescription directly to boot. 111 was of no help whats so ever
