"The doctors were very kind and were open to lots of questions"

About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

I went to New Cross Hospital to have my eyes tested after being referred by my optician due to me having scarring on the back of my eye.

When we arrived everyone was open to questions and showed us directions. We didn't have to wait long in the waiting room.

The doctors were very kind and were open to lots of questions. They explained everything fully and simply so that I understand it.
