"Wrong diagnosis"

About: Caterham Dene Hospital

Went to Caterham dene to save time going to my GP with a very painful foot, They X-rayed me and I was seen by the nurse and she told me it was nothing more than a sprain and to rest it, Which I did a week of rest and it became a lot worse, worried I went to my GP who took one look at it and said it looked like a stress fracture but needed a re x-ray to be sure. I rang Caterham dene to organise one and they questions why I would need one, the lady became a bit stroppy and said it would be several days before they could do it or I could come down and the same nurse could "assess" if I needed one. So instead I went east surrey got scene within 30 mins by a professional got the results the following day which the GP confirmed that they had missed the stress fracture. Moral of the story go to your GP they have far more training and experience and a better attitude.
