About: University Hospital Of North Tees

I was in a&e the last week in June I fell and hurt my shoulder now 6weeks later and still in pain I have tried to locate the follow up clinic to make an appointment but no one seem to know which clinic I need today I have been passed to and from departments they say ring a&e they might help but after 3 calls and disconnected 3times I still am no nearer getting help if any one out there can help please do
