"Horrific display of verbal abuse from a consultant"

I was shouted at by a member in the orthopaedics department. He opened the door threw my paperwork out into the hallway where other members of the public were staring at me. The whole experience was humiliating. If the so called Dr had had bothered to read any of my medical notes he would have see that I suffer from anxiety and depression. The last thing he should have done an raised his voice and humiliated me. I am now left wondering what the outcome of my appointment was. I have since asked to have my main consultants contact details so i can find out. They refused to give them to me...... If you're in need of an operation you're better off doing it yourself!
