In spite of incredible pain and discomfort on admission to the Royal Free, I look back with great memories of how I was received, diagnosed and treated. The caring atmosphere and personal attention was outstanding. The Paramedics in the ambulance, the Duty Nurse, the Doctors (I was seen by two), the Porter were extremely kind and highly efficient. It seemed that they ALL work like this for their entire working shifts. The ward was very busy and I am amazed that they ALL can keep up the stamina to work so diligently. I really wish there was a means by which I could repay these people individually. Perhaps its time the Government hike taxes by one percent in order that Hospital Staff are paid accordingly. I have numerous acquaintances who agree with this. I thank you for turning a nightmare into a pleasant experience. John.
"A memorable experience"
