"High standards at Keyworth Health Centre"

Both Dr Shroff and his staff nurse came into reception to greet us and escorted my wife who was the patient and myself into the surgery. I was allowed to remain whilst my wife was undergoing surgery under local anaesthetic which was very helpful in reassuring her. The experience of this smaller scale environment compares favourably with the daunting sense of the elite and the QMC and the personalised patient processing of these giant medical factories. The only experience matching the high standards of this Keyworth Health Centre was when we were on holiday in Australia as well as earlier days when we were younger at the Lock Cottage Hospitals.
