"Very professional caller"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The lady I spoke to acted very professional and confidential as my call was taken at work. She did not disclose anything to anyone taking the call and was very patient when I asked if I could transfer my call to another room. She explained who she was and why she was calling and took some security details before continuing with the call. She offered me an appointment close to home but I would have to wait 6 weeks before being seen by the consultant.

Thank you for taking the time to provide the TRAQS team with feedback following your recent booking experience.

I am really pleased to hear that the Patient Advisor who contacted you protected your confidentiality and was considerate of your needs to ensure that you were able to take the call in a private area.

I am sorry that the appointmkent closer to home was a longer wait but as TRAQS are able to offer alternative hospitals you were able to take advantage of a sooner appointment a little further away from home.

TRAQS will always offer the soonest appointment first but if a patient has a specific request to be seen at a different hospital we will do our very best to meet the patients wishes.
