"Obvious I was given the appointment to meet the 18 week rule"

It is patently obvious to me that I was given the appointment in order to meet the 18 week rule. I have never been to this hospital, I am currently suffering mobility problems, yet when rung by TRAQS I was told that unless I somehow found my way to this hospital, I would not be seen locally this year.

I will have to continue with this trek for future treatment. I would also like to add that I have worked and paid tax and NI since I was 16. For a long time I was on the 40% tax rate, and paid maximum NI.

Now I need the NHS, they are consistently letting me down whilst others who have not paid so much into this country’s coffers, get priority treatment.
