As I received am appointment at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital rather than the Princess Royal Hospital (which I had requested) I contacted TRAQS. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and immediately looked into my query – his explanation was very satisfactory and I went to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital a few days later and received excellent care.
