About: Stafford Hospital / Ophthalmology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was not happy with the choice of hospital I was offered, I took any choice because I was struggling with my eyesight. I am a bit worried about how to get to Stafford hospital because that ws the only choice.
