This was my second MRI scan, I found my first one most stressful and quite unpleasant. [Not conducted at Preston] The two staff involved in my second scan explained the process fully, they were aware of my anxiety and treated me with understanding and empathy. The process for them must be routine and straight forward, but they listened to my concerns and provided re-assurance combined with courtesy, I would like to thank them.
