"Grandaughter and her small baby"

My Grand-daughter and her 4 week old baby were taken to Northwick Park Hospital by ambulance following an accident in a restaurant. The ambulance staff were amazing. They acted as professionals and were comforting and helpful. At Northwick Park Hospital they were seen very quickly in the Accident and Emergency Paediatrics Department. where they were kept for several hours while the baby was monitored constantly to gauge his fitness. Please convey our grateful thanks to all of the staff for the excellent service they provided. All of the staff there; the lady who brought us coffee, all of the nurses and trainees, and the paediatric Doctors were very kind and helped us to come to terms with this horrible situation in which we found ourselves. Baby Theo was released after nany hours of careful monitoring and we are delighted to record, on day three now, all seems very well. Grateful thanks again to all concerned Baby Theo's family
