"People that make a difference"

About: Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

I have had a lot of experience of mental health services over many years. I have found some people over the years who were really helpful and I could empathise and relate to. Finding people like this has been a real challenge and feels like its been a matter of luck a lot of the time.

I feel a lot of times services have been pressurised and it feels too much like "us and them" all the time.

I hope things change because they really need to.
