I think the community matron service is a good idea. It is nice to know someone is keeping an eye on my health besides my GP. This service is new to me but so far it had been very good.

Thanks very much for your comments about the Community Matron Service. It's great to hear that you think the service you are receiving is good.

Your Matron will act as a single point of contact for your care, alongside providing support and advice as well as being your key coordinator between your GP and other healthcare professionals.
