"Really gained from steps course"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I really gained from the step course. It gave me a new outlook and new skills for how to move on and how to overcome challenges. Even more it showed me that change within me is possible the key lies within me and is within reach if I really want to make that change.

I can be who I believe I am not how other people label me.

I feel more equipped to move on and solve problems and be who I want to be.
