"X-Rays at Princess Royal"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

In 1925, I was born at the military cottage. My father being in the Argyle and Sutherland band, at Stirling Castle. My beloved grandma was the local midwife. She was a good one. Brought twins into the world. They grew into lovely young ladies. I was educated at the Territorial School and Secretarial Riverside School.

Because of the Second World War, I left at 14 years and got a job at the local food office. (hard work there). When 13 I was stricken with scarlet fever. Haircut etc. My mother cried to see me with barely any hair. Joined the ATS, sent to Edinbrugh to train and made lots of friends. Great life. I was never ill after that. Eventually, I took a job as superintendent over printing – stayed 24 years. Great job. Retired.

Sciatica – scistitis

X-rays at princess royal hospital and limes walk surgery.

Dear Elated 417,

Thank your for sharing your comments with the TRAQS team.

I am pleased that you have received such good care from the NHS when you needed it and if you would like to give us a bit more information on your experience with TRAQS we would be happy to help.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your comments with the team.
