"Good advice for getting me back on track"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I saw my practitioner over a few sessions who has been lovely throughout. She has been honest with me and listened to my problems without any feeling of judgement.

Although I am being referred to a higher intensity treatment my practitioner has helped a lot so far. And very glad I started to see her. I also have a lot of trust in her that she has given me the best advice for my next steps to getting back on track.
