Arrived at A&E with a broken wrist. I was attended to almost immediately. The staff took really good care of me. Then I had to go back a couple of days later to be fitted with a cast. I even had a choice of colours (Brilliant).
I was seen to at the exact time of my appointment, absolutely amazed a that. I was in and out with the least of fuss and on my way home as the proud owner of a nice purple cast ha.
The physiotherapist I was given was Vicky (Hope you don’t mind me naming you) She was just brilliant, friendly, very helpful and supportive and I can’t thank her enough. It was a pleasure to see her, and sadly I will miss our little visits.
But on a health note I’m really happy that I was unlucky enough to break my wrist, I’m really glad I was taken to Whiston hospital, I can’t praise the place enough, thank you.
"Really good care"
