"Efficient"

I had a replacement knee last Thursday, all the information needed I downloaded and everything ran to plan. All the staff are knowledgable, efficient, and provide you with all the information that you need. The Staff listen to your worries and needs and help where they can. I think they are a brilliant team of nurses, cleaners, surgeon anaesthetist and physiotherapists are all as good as is possible. Thank you
