I went to AnE and 9.00pm the receptionist was very rude and snotty I noticed on the wall that you were seen for assessment within 15 minutes so I gave my details to the rude receptionist and sat down a woman started a commotion about waiting times and the receptionist swore at her and she was took away anyway at 10.10 pm still sitting there I went to the desk and said forget it and I walked out I've never felt so unwelcome and belittled in my life who did that receptionist think she was rude woman I went to my GP the next day vile place
