viisited Broomfield Hospital feeling quite nervous today for pre-op assessment. Sister who carried out inital assessment could not have been nicer and very helpful with directions, and the member of staff who carried out my first ever ECG was wonderful. A real credit to their profession and the NHS. Its a shame that the nurse in blood test department lacked any people skills, the nurse could learn a lot from the other 2 staff that looked after me so well today.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, it is very pleasing to hear the service you received with the pre-assessment and the member of staff that performed the ECG was very caring. I am sorry that the experience in the blood clinic was not equally as positive. I will share the feedback you have provided with the department managers for all areas.
