"Positive experience"

About: New Cross Hospital

I came on to ward d7 as an emergency admission for surgery i was put in a room with four beds which had recently been re done it was very clean and nice i felt relaxed there and settled. The nurses and other staff were all very nice and patient with me as i have needle phobia and it was no trouble to get me numbing cream! I was kept informed at all times, my anaesthetists were great and helped me to keep calm and relaxed before my operation. Although it was a difficult time for me i have left with a positive experience of being in hospital.
