"I never felt like "just a number""

I was having extremely heavy & frequent periods and was referred to see Dr Sharon Oates. I have to say, I found Dr Oates to be one of the best Doctors I have ever seen at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

After some ultrasound x-rays, Dr Oates explained, in easy to understand terms, what was causing my problems and what my various options were regarding treatment. When I asked questions, she took the time to explain things and made me feel that none of my questions were silly.

When in a consulting room with Dr Oates, I never felt like "just a number" and I never felt hurried. I was always made to feel that I was her number one priority and that she had all the time in the world, despite the fact she had a waiting room full of patients!

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Oates to any of my friends or family as she is warm, compassionate and extremely wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr Oates, you made me feel like someone actually cared about my problems.
