"1st class treatment"

About: Horton General Hospital

I consider that I received 1st class treatment during my unexpected stay at Horton from 26th July to 1st August in A+E, following admission for a pancreatic infection/complications arising from chemo treatment for breast cancer. The professionalism, kindness and good humour of all those on Ward E - medical, nursing and ancillary staff, was impressive and much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, our staff love to know when they have made a real difference to a patient. It is good to know that staff were kind and compassionate, especially during a difficult time. It has been a pleasure to share you thanks with the clinical teams working on Ward E, and Acident & Emergency, at the Horton General Hospital, and with senior management. I hope that your treatment is going well.
