"Attended for MRI scan"

The hospital and cleanliness is ok. Main Reception and MRI reception good, but in scan room staff did not appear to know that I needed help getting onto and off the table, even though they put rails up. My husband told them he needed to be in there before and after scan to help but as usual people hide behind Health and Safety and common sense goes out of the window.

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us - sorry to hear about any difficulties regards getting on and off the table. We do have to be careful around admission to the MRI area for visitors as it is a controlled area because of the magnetic forces that are used and I hope that it didn't cause too many problems.
