I attended for an appointment at 09.45 on 29.07.2014 and was seen by the first nurse-practitioner at 09.47, who explained all procedures and passed me onto 'Imaging' which again was prompt and efficient. I then returned to Reception where I was warned there would be a wait. As it transpired it was for 75 minutes and I was then seen by a Doctor. Again, very clear responses to my numerous queries, and a full explanation of the future plans, before I was passed onto another nurse to finalise my visit. I was referred to my GP who I saw 2 days later, and I was impressed that a report from the Doctor at Liverpool had already been received at my Health Centre. Then today - 5 days later - details of my next appointment at Liverpool have been received in the post. I can only say that I am impressed by my dealings thus far with St Pauls. The staff were courteous, helpful and efficient.
