My elderly relative was making reasonable progress here. The staff seem friendly though there didn't appear to be much consistency in approach or attendance. Due to a mistake on admission, he was moved to another unit the other side of Croydon at short notice which is very difficult for his remaining relatives to visit. He was given no choice whatsoever in the matter. So much for "NHS choices"?
