"ent &hearing centre"

I have been using the heartlands for some years now. and when i first went to heartlands ENT they fitted me with a new hearing aid to my right ear but i was still under the QE for my baha , which did cause me some trouble as heartlands could not fix my baha and it took some time to get the funding transferred to the heartlands from the QE, but once it was done I have never hat to wait more than 20 mins past my appointment time and further more they had to cancel an appointment for next week ,they wrote in plenty off time as to not inconvenience me.I allso use other clinic,s and found the staff very friendly and professional well done to all staff.
