"X-Ray Screening"

I was greeted at the reception desk in a friendly and courteous manner. Directions were given that were clear and concise. Most of all I felt welcomed. Once I was at the designated X-Ray area I was dealt with efficiently and promptly. The waiting area was spotlessly clean as were the toilets. My waiting time was short and once in the actual x-ray area I was collected from the waiting room and then the member of staff explained exactly what the procedure was and how it would be managed. I felt that I was dealt with in a sensitive manner. The nurse was kind and did not hurry me. I felt as if she cared about the process and my part as a patient within it. I left the hospital feeling that I had been treated well and with respect. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. The building and the staff within in are a credit to the NHS.
