About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From being referred by my GP to getting a phone call to book and appointment to meeting my physiotherapist: it was all so easy!

Very quick appointment times and flexible to my needs (especially as I have a 6 month old daughter to think about) My physiotherapist was brilliant and very understanding of my problem and how to (hopefully) fix it!
