About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I attended PRH on Wednesday to see Mr Przyczyna. My waiting time was 5mins – brilliant. I was given a date for surgery but it had to be changed. This took about 10mins. During this time I was in the capable hands of a really lovely lady – Sister Susan… she was helpful, pleasant and friendly. She offered to get my appointment letter typed up for me there and then. Which she did. She couldn't have been more helpful, nothing too much trouble. Thank You Sister. I feel quite happy about returning for my small operation. 10/10
