About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Arrived at PRH 10mins early, reported to reception. Directed to main waiting room (Not half full) When I arrived at the main waiting room I was met by a lady calling my name. She directed me to a corridor live of chairs. No chair was free and another patient gave up their seat. Sat here for nearly an hour. Very busy, people standing. Could have been directed later on, as there was more than one patient in front of me. Was very happy with the consultant and return appointment arrived in the post 2 days later.
