"There was a slight delay in my communication with TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

The process from requesting a referral (as previously recommended by the GP in order to ascertain the effectiveness of medication at present and into the future) to booking an appointment was efficient. There was a slight delay in my communication with TRAQS because a message had been left on my answering machine asking for someone to ring an NHS number.

I appreciate that because of issues of confidentiality no reason was given, but as a consequence I assumed this was a routine survey until I received a letter asking me to make an appointment - which was trouble free. If the message on my machine had asked me by the name to ring, the process would have been even quicker.
