Saw the doctor and the next day. Newport cottage Hospital physio clinic called with an appointment for the following day. At my first appointment I was given exercises that I was shown how to do and had print out with explanations and clear instructions. My physio was kind, patient and encouraging. After the first two sessions that were so prompt, made considerable difference to my mobility which boosted my confidence and reassured me that I will be restored to my former self.
